Desk Research
To conduct better secondary & primary research, I prepared a research plan some hypothesis statements -
“Online businesses with lenient return policies tend to suffer greater losses due to an increased number of returns.”
DISCOVER
The cost of processing returns, including shipping, restocking, and quality inspection, significantly contributes to the overall losses experienced by online businesses.
The frequency of returns in online businesses directly correlates with the number of losses incurred, resulting in decreased profitability.
Online businesses that provide detailed product descriptions, images, and customer reviews experience lower losses caused by returns, as customers have a clearer understanding of what they are purchasing.
Online businesses that offer incentives or discounts for customers who keep their purchased items experience lower losses caused by returns.
“27% of consumers returned goods they ordered online”
Activity

“Upgrading to AR is much cheaper than conventional photo /videos.”
